Returns & Refund Policy
All packing material purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on packing supplies once purchased.
However, customers who book and complete a moving service with us may receive a full refund for any unused packing materials, provided the items remain unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
All refund requests under this policy are subject to inspection and approval. Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
